In 2009, a new chapter in the business of Azadegan Arvand Plain Oil and Gas Development Company began, and strategic management was placed on the agenda of the company's units as a macro strategy. In 2010, the Strategy Booklet of Azadegan Arvand Plain Oil and Gas Development Company, with revision 01, was compiled based on the review of higher-level documents such as the 5-year development plan, Iran's 1404 Horizon, the development plans of the Ministry of Oil and the National Petrochemical Industries Company, and was communicated to the organization's macro level for information and implementation. It was revised many times over the years, and finally, in 2014, after the formation of the Persian Gulf Holding, it was revised again with a view to the plans and goals of the specialized parent company. At this stage, all the guiding pillars, including the vision, mission, and organizational values, were reviewed and edited.
